Welcome to Pho 71, a cornerstone of Vietnamese cuisine nestled in the heart of Pearland, TX. Our family-owned restaurant tells a story of heritage and tradition that began in 2001 when our dear uncle first opened our doors as Pho 518. Over the years, we’ve seen the baton pass from loving hands to loving hands, with my brother Michael carrying on our uncle’s legacy with dedication and passion until his passing in 2019.
Following a brief period under new ownership, we, the original family, have reclaimed our beloved eatery. It’s more than just a business to us—it’s a testament to our family's bond and to Michael’s cherished memory. We’ve rechristened it Pho 71, in harmony with our sister and brother-in-law’s successful venture in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which has become a beacon of great foods and great service.
As the current steward of this legacy, I invite you to join us at Pho 71, where every dish is steeped in history and every visit feels like coming home.
